These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and cv999moon.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies published on the cv999moon platform, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be issued from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the cv999moon platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. cv999moon does not permit access to any individual under the age of 18, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Incomplete or tampered documents will be rejected, and the associated account may be suspended pending re-submission.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cv999moon username and password. cv999moon offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Where bonus abuse is detected, cv999moon reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and close the player's account.

Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if not used within the time period stated in the applicable promotional terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to review bonus expiry dates and wagering progress via the account dashboard.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the cv999moon platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports markets, casino games, crash games, and fishing games are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Bet placement and confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the cv999moon platform. In-play betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Bets that have not been fully confirmed prior to market suspension are void and the staked amount will be returned to your account balance. It is your responsibility to ensure that bet details (selection, odds, stake, and market) are correct before confirming. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.

Governing principles: These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and cv999moon with respect to your use of the platform. cv999moon operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, player protection, and transparency. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in any dispute over interpretation.
